Dear customers, our craftsmen can sew covers and mattress pads of any color and size to order! Covers and mattress toppers can be made from eco-friendly linen or the cover will be made from waterproof polyester fabric. For products made of waterproof polyester fabric, the top layer consists of polyester threads (100% polyester) woven in an oxford style. The bottom layer is a PVC mistake that forms a polyester thread together and makes the material quite waterproof. Please note that the colors you see may vary depending on your device settings. If you are unsure of the color you prefer for your futon or mattress cover, you can order samples. If you choose lighter colors, such as white or light beige, make sure that they are slightly transparent. But for pillows without a pattern - good! After choosing the color, please indicate the number of the color you like in the "Personalize" section at checkout. If you can't find the size you need, please contact me with the dimensions (length, width, thickness) and quantity and I will give you a quote as soon as possible. After I respond to your personal list. Delivery is made within 3-7 working days, depending on the quantity and size. If you have any questions, please contact me! DEAR CUSTOMER, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING Please measure the items you need the covers for by yourself, because the tag on the item may have the wrong size. All covers are handmade, so the size may be +- 0.5 inch depending on the fabric specifications. All fabrics are natural, not dyed and not dyed in natural dye. Therefore, the covers may have the smell of natural fiber. Each order is an individual order and is sewn only after purchase according to your choice of size and color. If your order ships, you will find the tracking number on your confirmed order under "Purchases & Feedback". Also in a letter from Etsy to your post office that you will send the same day your package ships. Heavy fabric for beds and mattress covers should only be dry cleaned (read advanced fabric care questions). Medium and light fabric for mattress covers, lining and pillowcases are machine washable at 30-40C (86-104F) and pre-washed before sewing. If something goes wrong, let me know as soon as possible. LAUNDRY & FABRIC CARE
☆ Heavy weight linen for upholstery: dry clean.
☆ For light and medium weight fabric: gentle machine wash at 30 C (86 F) degrees
☆ Linen dry in the open air.
☆ To retain the original softness of linen, do not iron
☆ The worst enemy of linen fabric is chlorine. With it, flax fibers lose their strength and linen products become unusable. This is why only oxygen bleach can be used to wash white things from flax.
☆ For dyed flax fabric do not use the bleach.
☆ For dyed linen use liquids for delicate washing and colored fabric.
SHIPPING TERMS
All the packages are sent by registered mail. The signature required. And I will provide you the tracking number as soon as the package will be send to the address is written in order confirmation. Please check if it's correct.
Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for the parcels to European countries, 2 - 4 weeks to United States, 3 - 7 weeks to Canada, 2 - 6 weeks to Australia, 10 days - 5 weeks to Asian countries.
I can not guarantee a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
DELAYS AND PARCEL SEARCH
Please note while you purchase is dispatched I'm not responsible for it's lost and the terms of delivery. The terms are estimated and sometimes the delays can happen. It happens because the post offices are not working at Holidays, for example, or bad weather.
If your package is not delivered in time written here I can apply for search. All you need it's just to let me know that you want me to apply. It will take up to 2 month to find the package. But I hope all of your packages will arrive in time.
THE PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED AND SENT BACK TO SELLER
Please, keep in mind that all the items are made to order and not refundable. It can be refunded if the item was sent to the wrong address and that was the mistake of the seller.
If the package sent back to seller it can be resend to you one more time.
I’m not responsible for the shipping cost and additional shipping cost if the package is not delivered because of:
☆ the post officer has no access to the address of delivery;
☆ the address in order was incorrect;
☆ the address was correct but the recepient wansn't at the place of delivery and did not take it from the post office later.
To avoid these situations, please check the tracking from time to time.
If any other situation, please contact me.
IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED
If the recipient sees that the shipment is damaged or there is no attachment, mail employees must make a note that the shipment is damaged and draw up a corresponding act. Also, please take the photo of the damage and contact me as soon as possible.
If you will have no act and the photo of the damage unfortunately I will not help you with this situation.

WHAT IS BUCKWHEAT HUSK?
Buckwheat hulls has many useful properties that no other filler can match:

I do not accept cancelations because all the orders are sewn only after the purchase. Each order is the custom order! But if I did not start to make your order I can make the refund except 20% of the cost.
